Shipping Times

Order Processing: All orders ship within 1–3 business days if the item is in stock.

Delivery: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States.

Stock & Location: Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability and warehouse location.

Holiday Closures

Please note:

Closed December 24th–26th (resumes December 27th).

Closed December 31st and January 1st.

Orders placed during these periods will be processed once we reopen.

Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and verify the return, a full refund will be issued (excluding shipping fees).

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as custom or made-to-order products (e.g., Christmas Sweaters), are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled in transit. However, once delivered, it may be returned if unused and in its original condition.

Refund Timeline: Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after processing.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
